We ship orders worldwide by EMS and USPS Global Express Mail starting as low as $12.87, or Registered Airmail starting as low as $2.95!

Our shipping rates are calculated by the total shipping weight of your order. For most orders, express shipping cost is only $12.87. 

You can use the shipping calculator on the 'view cart' page each time you add a product to your cart, to see what you shipping cost will be.

Orders are shipped from our warehouse within 2 business days (95% ship same day) from the business day your payment is cleared. 

Attention! We can not guarantee delivery of orders containing e-liquid or pre-filled cartridges to Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Germany, and Singapore.

* Denmark customers- We will substitute pre-filled cartridges with ready to fill cartridges for kit orders.

All shipments require the receiver's signature for delivery. Any order that is returned to us as unclaimed is required to pay additional shipping for re-delivery. Refunds on returns are full purchase price minus our shipping cost. 

US Customs No Hassle Guarantee- We have not had ONE order seized out of over a 1,000 orders processed through US Customs, but in the event that your order is ever seized, we will refund 100% of your purchase price, including shipping!

EMS Express Mail Service is available for all orders shipped to The USA, UK, Canada, Norway, Spain, Ireland, France, Greece, Austria, Germany, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, New Zealand, Singapore and Australia. EMS Express generally takes 4-15 business days to deliver your order to most destinations. USA orders take about 6 business days for delivery. EMS Express can be tracked online for all destinations. Online tracking information is only available after the package is scanned and entered by the post company. You can usually track your shipment about 1-3 days after you receive shipping notification.

Registered Airmail generally takes 15-60 business days to deliver package to most countries. USA orders can expect at least 15 business days for delivery by Registered Airmail due to US Customs delays. Registered Airmail can be tracked online for all destinations not listed above. Online tracking information is only available after the package is scanned and entered by the post company. You can usually track your shipment about 3-7 days after you receive shipping notification.
